四神丸合二陈汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型五更泻临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨四神丸合二陈汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型五更泻临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月北京市延庆区张山营镇社区卫生服务中心收治的74例脾肾阳虚型五更泻患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(37例)和观察组(37例)。对照组以常规药物治疗,观察组使用四神丸合二陈汤加减治疗,比较两组临床指标、症状评分、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的腹泻持续时间、腹痛时间以及症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效高于对照组且不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四神丸合二陈汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型五更泻的疗效显著,可临床使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Sishen Pills combined with Erchen Decoction in the treatment of morning diarrhea with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods Seventy-four morning diarrhea patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome admitted to the Community Health Service Center of Zhangshanying Town from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(n=37)and an observation group(n=37)by the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,while those in the observation group received modified Sishen Pills and Erchen Decoction.The clinical indexes,symptom scores,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration of diarrhea,abdominal pain time,and symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical efficacy,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sishen Pills combined with Erchen Decoction have a significant effect in the treatment of morning diarrhea with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,which can be used in clinical medication.
