摘　　要：夏治平治疗顽固性三叉神经痛经验丰富,认为原发性三叉神经痛病因病机主要是肝阳上扰,气血运行失畅。治疗上急则治其标,独创特定穴位注射疗法以止其痛;缓则治其本,针药调理之。临证施治谨慎效专,颇具特色。附验案1则以佐证。XIA Zhiping has rich experience in treating intractable trigeminal neuralgia,believing that the etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia is ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang and unsmooth movement of qi and blood.The urgent treatment treats the symptoms,using his original and unique acupuncture point injection therapy to relieve the pain.The slow treatment treats the origin,using acupuncture and medicine to regulate the disease.In the clinical practice,XIA Zhiping carefully treats the disease with obvious effects and unique features.Case 1 is attached to testify his treatment.
