中药基于调节肠道菌群治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)是由遗传、环境、饮食等因素导致胰岛素分泌缺陷或/和胰岛素抵抗引起,其发病机制复杂多样且尚未明确,近年来研究方向主要集中于肠道菌群与糖尿病的相关性,且T2DM患者多存在肠道菌群改变,伴随慢性炎症状态,故会加重病情,甚至会诱发糖尿病肾病。目前,中医药对T2DM的治疗已取得广泛认可,而对T2DM患者肠道菌群的调节作用临床仍处于研究阶段。本文通过中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、美国国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI)等各大文献库,有效筛选2016—2022年相关文献,分析中药基于调节肠道菌群治疗T2DM的现状,以期为T2DM的治疗方法提供思路。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is caused by genetic,environmental,dietary and other factors,which leads to insulin secretion defects or(and)insulin resistance.Its pathogenesis is complex and diverse and has not been clarified yet.Current research mainly focuses on the relationship between intestinal flora and diabetes mellitus.In addition,most T2DM patients have changes in intestinal flora,accompanied by chronic inflammation,which aggravates the severity of the disease and even induces diabetic nephropathy.Now traditional Chinese medicine has been recognized for the treatment of T2DM,but its regulation of intestinal flora in T2DM patients is still in the clinical research stage.This study through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,the United States National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI)and other major literature database,effective screening of relevant literature from 2016 to 2022.This study analyzed the current status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of T2DM by regulating intestinal flora,to provide ideas for the treatment of T2DM.
