摘　　要：目的 探讨我国中西医结合人才培养现状及解决方案。方法 基于四项中国工程院咨询研究项目,邀请多位中西医结合专家,就中西医结合人才培养等相关问题进行深度访谈。结果 共访谈30位专家。专家们表示现阶段中西医结合人才培养存在人才匮乏、人才培养体系不完善、人才就业出口受限等问题。为加强人才培养,专家们提出应完善人才培养方案,整合本科课程与教材,提高研究生培养质量,注重临床实践能力培养,积极开展继续教育培训,进一步落实“西学中”,扩宽人才就业出口。结论 应加强新时代中西医结合人才培养,推动人才培养高质量发展,保障中西医结合事业的稳步向前推进。Objective To explore the current situation and solutions of talent training of integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Methods Based on four consulting research projects of the Chinese Academy of Engineering,several experts of integrated Chinese and Western medicine were invited to conduct in-depth interviews on related problems such as talent training of integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Results A total of 30 experts were interviewed. Experts said that there are some problems with the current training of talents of integrated Chinese and Western medicine:shortage of talent,imperfect training system,limited employment and export of talents,etc. In order to strengthen talent training,experts proposed improving the talent training program,integrating undergraduate courses and textbooks,integrating the quality of postgraduate training,paying attention to the training of clinical practice ability,actively carrying out continuing education and training,further implementing " Western medicine doctors learning Chinese medicine ",and expanding the export of talent employment. Conclusion We should strengthen the training of talents of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the new era,promote the high-quality development of talent training,and ensure the steady progress of the cause of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
