摘　　要：坚持“马克思主义基本原理”同“中华优秀传统文化”相结合,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。这种“结合”,既以中国传统亲民文化为丰富的人文营养,推进了马克思主义中国化的进程,同时又在马克思主义中国化“接力探索”中完成了人民性的转换,提升了中国亲民文化的境界与价值。因此,深入研究这一“结合”,必须认真考察马克思主义中国化如何萃取与升扬了中国亲民文化精神,怎样凝练并遵循了“人民至上”准则,从而凸显了红色文化的人民性、革命性、典范性和先进性。从亲民性到人民性,中国共产党第一次全国代表大会的《中国共产党纲领》是其转折点,而“红色基因代代传”成了红色传承的重点工程。Adhering to the combination of“basic principles of Marxism”and“excellent traditional Chinese culture”is an important thought of Xi Jinping.This“combination”not only takes the traditional Chinese culture of being close to the people as the rich humanistic nutrition,and advances the process of the Sinicization of Marxism,but also completes the transformation of the nature of the people in the process of the Sinicization of Marxism,and thus promotes the ambit and value of Chinese culture of being close to the people.Therefore,during the in-depth study of this“combination”,we must carefully examine how the“relay exploration”of the Sinicization of Marxism has extracted and promoted the spirit of China’s culture of being close to the people,how to condense and follow the“the people first principle”of judging merits and demerits by the people,so as to highlight the people,the exemplary,revolutionary and advanced nature of the Red Culture.From being close to the people to the nature of the people,the program of the 1st National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a turning point,and the“Red gene from generation to generation”has become a key project in the development of Red Culture.
