社会资本对不同农民工群体务工收入异质性影响研究

摘　　要：基于2017-2019年河南省乡村入户调研数据考察农民工务工渠道对收入的影响。不同于现有研究更多关注异质性社会资本对收入的影响,通过拆解社会资本对收入的影响机制,就使用社会资本对不同农民工群体务工收入的异质性影响做实证研究。在充分考虑使用社会资本可能导致的内生性情况下,研究发现:1.在“打工难”转化为“招工难”的背景下,当前中国农民工劳动力市场,“关系”已不再是“施加影响”“增加社会信用”等典型关系型社会的作用机制,社会资本主要通过传递信息的间接方式对务工收入产生影响。2.使用社会资本对务工收入有显著正向影响,但随着务工者的学历、年龄和务工距离的不同,影响呈现显著差异;高学历务工者使用社会资本务工可能对其收入产生负向影响。3.为低学历和低收入务工者提供就业岗位信息,特别是提供远距离岗位信息能够有效提高该群体的务工收入。Based on the 2017-2019 rural household survey data in Henan province,this paper examines the impact of rural workers’ migrant channels on income.Different from the existing research,in which more attention is paid to the impact of heterogeneous social capital on income,this paper makes an empirical study on the heterogeneous effects of social capital on the income of migrant workers by deconstructing the mechanism of social capital on income.Taking into account the endogeneity of the use of social capital due to self-selection,the study finds that:1.In the context of the transformation of “Difficulty in finding jobs” into “Difficulty in recruiting workers”,the “Relationship” is no longer the function mechanism of the typical relational society such as “Exerting influence” and “Increasing social credit”.social capital mainly affects the income of migrant workers through the indirect way of information transmission;2.The use of social capital has a significant impact on the income of migrant workers,but there are significant differences in the education,age and distance of migrant workers.The employment of social capital by highly educated migrant workers may have a negative impact on their income;3.Providing employment information for low-educated and low-income workers,especially for long-distance employment information,can effectively increase their income.
