摘 要:目的了解四川省三级甲等医院心内科医务人员工作家庭增益、职业嵌入与职业认同现状,分析工作家庭增益在职业嵌入与职业认同中的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年4—5月采用工作家庭增益量表、职业嵌入量表及职业认同量表对四川省12所三级甲等医院374名心内科医务人员进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果374名三级甲等医院心内科医务人员工作家庭增益得分为(42.23±7.57)分,职业嵌入得分为(51.16±9.48)分,职业认同得分为(95.93±14.37)分。工作家庭增益总分及各维度得分与职业嵌入总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.36~0.66,均P<0.05),工作家庭增益总分及各维度得分与职业认同总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.16~0.76,均P<0.05),职业嵌入总分及各维度得分与职业认同总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.19~0.75,均P<0.05)。工作家庭增益在心内科医务人员职业嵌入与职业认同之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.23,占总效应的46%。结论四川省12家三级甲等医院心内科医务人员职业认同处于中等水平,有待进一步提升。职业嵌入对心内科医务人员职业认同有直接负向作用,工作家庭增益在职业嵌入与职业认同之间存在直接正向作用,提升心内科医务人员工作家庭增益,降低职业嵌入,能有效提高其职业认同水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of work-family enrichment,occupational embedding and occupational identity of medical staff in the cardiology department of grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province,analyze the mediating role of work-family enrichment in occupational embedding and occupational identity.Methods The convenience sampling was adopted to survey 374 medical workers in the cardiology department of 12 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province using the workfamily enrichment scale,the occupational embedding scale and the occupational identity scale from April to May 2021,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of work-family enrichment,occupational embedding and occupational identity of 374 medical workers in the cardiology department of grade-A tertiary hospitals was(42.23±7.57),(51.16±9.48)and(95.93±14.37)points,respectively.The total score of work-family enrichment and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with the total score of occupational embedding and the scores of each dimension(r=0.36-0.66,all P<0.05).The total score of work-family enrichment and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with the total score of occupational identity and the scores of each dimension(r=0.16-0.76,all P<0.05).The total score of occupational embedding and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with the total score of occupational identity and the scores of each dimension(r=0.19-0.75,all P<0.05).The work-family enrichment played a part of the mediating role between the occupational embedding and occupational identity of medical workers in cardiology department,and the mediation effect was 0.23,which accounted for 46%of the total effect.Conclusions The occupational identity of medical workers in the cardiology department of 12 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province is at a medium level and needs to be further improved.The occupational embedding has a direct negative effect on the professional identity of cardiology medical staff,an
