摘　　要：微波治疗已被广泛应用于康复治疗中,但治疗时的微波辐射对人体敏感组织和器官(如神经、睾丸、眼)不良反应不容忽视。其对人体的影响与功率、距离、时间、辐射保护、性别、年龄及部位等很多因素有关。为临床安全使用微波治疗,我们检索Pubmed、Embase等电子数据库,选择微波辐射对机体不良影响的相关文献进行综述。At present,microwave therapy has been widely used in rehabilitation medicine,but the adverse effects of microwave radiation on human sensitive tissues and organs(e.g.nerves,testicles,eyes)cannot be ignored during treatment.The impact of electromagnetic radiation of microwave on the human body is related to many factors such as power,distance,time,radiation protection,gender,age,and location.In order to evaluate the clinical safety of microwave therapy,this article searches Pubmed,Embase and other electronic databases,and selects relevant literatures on the adverse effects of microwave radiation on the body for review.
