摘　　要：近年来,传染病暴发数量、规模、多样性及致病性显著增加,给社会经济发展、人民生命安全带来了极大的威胁。因此,了解传染病暴发的流行病学特征,对防止和有效控制传染病暴发疫情具有重要的现实意义。我们从传染病暴发定义、国内外传染病暴发流行特征及应对策略3个方面进行了综述,可为制定预防与控制传染病疫情暴发的应对策略和措施提供参考依据。In recent years,the number,scale,diversity and pathogenicity have increased significantly for the infectious disease outbreak,which lead to a great threat for social economic development and people's safety.Therefore,understanding the epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease outbreak has great practical significance for preventing and controlling effectively the infectious disease outbreak.We summarize from the three aspects of the definition of infectious disease outbreak,epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease outbreaks at home and abroad,andresponses strategies,so as to providethe evidences for formulating the countermeasures and measures of the infectious disease outbreakprevention and control.
