摘　　要：随着艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)发病率的逐年上升,AIDS患者在忍受疾病痛苦的同时还要承受社会压力,严重影响到患者的身心健康和生活质量。自我表露作为一种心理疗法可以有效缓解AIDS患者的心理压力,促进其心理健康。我们通过查阅大量的文献资料,对自我表露的概念、评价工具、AIDS患者自我表露的影响因素及其应用进行综述,为相关研究者提供参考依据。With the increasing incidence of the acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) year by year,AIDS patients suffer from disease pressure and social pressure,which seriously affects their physical and mental health and quality of life. As a kind of psychological therapy,the self-disclosure can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of AIDS patients and promote their mental health. We review the concept of self-disclosure,evaluation tools,influencing factors of self-disclosure in AIDS patients,and the application of self-disclosure in AIDS patients by reviewing a large number of literature materials,so as to provide reference for relevant researchers.
