摘  要:为探索在北方地区的大水体池塘内凡纳滨对虾生态育苗技术,试验利用3个泥沙底质塑料温棚(500 m^(2)/棚),依靠自然采光升温,共投放无节幼体1.65亿尾,采用天然植物饵料接种培养、活体动物饵料投喂和生物菌团水质调控等措施,育出P5仔虾1.068亿尾,平均出苗率达64.7%。育苗结果表明:放苗密度低,投喂鲜活生物饵料减少投喂人工饲料,采用生物水质调控技术,既能保持水质良好,还能保证营养需求,育苗成活率稳定在50%以上。通过对育出虾苗进行显微观察和检测,其肝胰腺脂肪粒较常规工厂化育出的虾苗饱满且密度大,表现出良好的抗逆性。In order to explore the ecological breeding technology of Penaeus vannamei in the large water body earthen pond in the northern region, three sediment based plastic greenhouses(500 m^(2)/shed) were used in the experiment, relying on natural lighting to heat up, a total of 165 million nauplii were put in, and the measures such as inoculation and cultivation of natural plant bait, feeding of live animal bait, and water quality control of biological flora were adopted to breed 106.8 million P5 young shrimps, with an average emergence rate of 64.7%.The results of seedling cultivation showed that the density of seedlings was low, the feeding of fresh biological food reduced the feeding of artificial feed, and the use of biological water quality control technology could not only maintain good water quality, but also ensure the nutritional requirements, and the survival rate of seedlings was stable at more than 50%. Through microscopic observation and detection of the shrimp fry, it was found that the hepatopancreas fat granules were plump and denser than those of the shrimp fry bred in the conventional factory,showing good stress resistance.
