摘　　要：呼吸治疗门诊是由具有专业水准的呼吸治疗从业人员对诊断相对明确的心肺功能不全的患者给予疾病预防、评价、诊断、治疗、管理、控制和指导的新兴部门。呼吸治疗门诊的目标是让心肺功能异常或有高风险的患者尽快好转,减少并发症和疾病复发的机会,提高生活品质。建立规范化的呼吸治疗门诊,对满足数量众多的居家慢性心肺系统疾病患者的需求和完善呼吸系统慢性疾病管理架构具有重要意义。文章在借鉴国内外成熟体系的基础上,结合中国国情及已有管理经验,在呼吸治疗门诊的布局、人员及设备配置、业务范围和能力提升等方面对各级医疗机构呼吸治疗门诊的建立、规范及管理提供指导性意见。Respiratory therapy clinic is a new department for disease prevention,evaluation,diagnosis,treatment,management,control and guidance of patients with relatively clear diagnosis of cardiopulmonary insufficiency by professional respiratory therapy practitioners. The goal of the respiratory therapy clinic is to get patients with abnormal or high-risk cardiopulmonary function to recover as soon as possible,reduce the chance of complications and disease recurrence,and improve the quality of life. Establishing a standardized respiratory therapy clinic is of great significance in meeting the needs of a large number of patients with chronic cardiopulmonary diseases staying at home and improve the management framework of chronic respiratory diseases. This expert advice is based on the mature systems at home and abroad,combined with China’s national conditions and existing management experience,with an aim to study the layout, scope and capacity improvement of respiratory therapy clinics at all levels of medical institutions,so as to provide guidance for the establishment,standardization and management of respiratory therapy clinics.
