摘 要:作为铝电解槽的核心部件,阳极在制备过程中会产生一定的气孔,导致铝电解炭耗增加,二氧化碳排放量升高,对阳极进行浸渍是解决阳极气孔问题的有效方式。为了探究和优化与阳极浸渍有关的浸渍工艺参数,基于响应曲面法的Box-Behnken设计原理,分别建立预热时间、浸渍温度、浸渍时间和浸渍压力及四者间交互作用对浸渍质量与经济效益影响的回归模型。研究结果表明浸渍时间对浸渍质量与经济效益的影响最显著,浸渍压力的影响次之,浸渍温度的影响最小;延长浸渍时间、提高浸渍压力、在一定区间内升高浸渍温度均有利于提高浸渍质量和经济效益。最佳浸渍工艺参数如下:预热时间为12.1 h,浸渍温度为198℃,浸渍时间为6.9 h,浸渍压力为1.73 MPa。在此最佳浸渍工艺参数下,浸渍质量与经济效益的模型预测值分别为165.1 kg和565.8元,与实验结果基本一致,表明模型准确,优化方案可指导铝电解用阳极浸渍工艺。Anode is the core component of the aluminum electrolysis cell.The pores occur during its preparation process,and thus the carbon consumption and CO_(2)emissions of aluminum electrolysis increase.Impregnation of the anode is an effective method for treatment of anode porosity.The objective of this study is to explore and optimize the operation process parameters related to the anode impregnation.The regression models were established with the principle of the response surface methodology(RSM)based on Box-Behnken design(BBD)to characterize interactions of the influence factors,including preheating duration,impregnation temperature,impregnation duration and impregnation pressure on the impregnation quality and economic efficiency.The results show that the impregnation duration is the most important influencing factor on the impregnation quality and economic efficiency,followed by impregnation pressure,and the impregnation temperature is the least important influencing factor.Prolonging the impregnation duration,increasing the impregnation pressure and raising the impregnation temperature within a certain range are all beneficial for improving the impregnation quality and economic efficiency.The optimal operation parameters of anode impregnation are determined as follows:the preheating duration is 12.1 h,the impregnation temperature is 198℃,the impregnation duration is 6.9 h,and the impregnation pressure is 1.73 MPa.Under the optimized conditions,the corresponding predicted response values for the impregnation quality and economic efficiency are 165.1 kg and 565.8 RMB,which is mostly consistent with the experimental results,indicating that the model is accurate.The optimized parameters in this study can provide guidance for the anode impregnation process.
