荷电乙醇溶液的稳定多股射流雾化特性研究

摘  要:利用显微高速摄像和高速粒度分析仪,测量无水乙醇静电雾化在稳定多股射流模式下的液滴尺度信息,获得电邦德数和电韦伯数对不同稳定射流股数下液滴平均粒径和粒径分布的影响及作用规律。研究结果表明:电压开关现象中电邦德数变化对稳定多股射流生成液滴的粒径分布影响甚微。在相同电韦伯数条件下,稳定多股射流雾化模式相较于稳定锥射流模式能生成平均粒径更小且单分散性良好的细小液滴,而随着电韦伯数的增大,这两种雾化模式下生成液滴的平均粒径均线性增大,且电韦伯数的增大有利于提升生成液滴的单分散性。此外,在不同电韦伯数和电邦德数条件下形成稳定多股射流雾化生成雾滴平均粒径的相对标准偏差均小于10%,表明稳定多股射流雾化可以在提高雾化产率的同时保持喷雾液滴良好的单分散性。The droplet size information of charged ethanol atomization was measured by using a high-speed particle size analyzer in the stable multi-jet mode, and the influence of electric Weber number and electric Bond number on the droplet size and droplet size distribution at different stable jet number were obtained. The results show that the change of the electric Bond number has little effect on the droplet size distribution when the voltage switching phenomenon occurs. At the same electric Weber number, droplets generated in stable multi-jet mode have smaller average size and good monodispersity than those generated in the cone jet mode. With the increase of electricity Weber number, the droplet size increases linearly in both cone jet mode and stable multi-jet mode, and the increase of electricity Weber number is helpful to improve the monodispersity of generated droplets. In addition, the relative standard deviation of the average size of droplets generated by stable multi-jet atomization is less than 10% at different electric Weber number and electric Bond number, indicating that the stable multi jet mode can improve the throughput of electrospray and maintain good monodispersity of spray droplets as well.
