摘  要:为明确集装箱船舶大型化发展趋势下岸边集装箱起重机(岸桥)参数设计和选用方法,通过调研青岛港潮汐数据、超大型集装箱船尺寸数据及港口岸桥参数等,使用双立方插值法对潮汐数据进行拟合,计算岸桥轨上起升高度参数及其敏感性。通过理论分析与实际数据结合,深入分析船舶尺寸发展趋势,计算岸桥前伸距、起重重量及作业效率。结果表明:使用双立方插值法对岸桥轨上起升高度敏感性进行测算是有效的。主起升双吊具下及单吊具下起重量70 t、岸桥前伸距70 m能够满足24000 TEU集装箱船的装卸要求,双小车岸桥理论效率比单小车理论效率高6.4%,可以为岸边集装箱起重机定制决策提供依据。In order to clarify the parameter design and selection method of quay cranes under the development trend of container ships,the tide data of Qingdao Port,the size data of ultra-large container ships and the parameters of port quay cranes were investigated.Bicubic interpolation method was used to fit the tidal data to calculate the lifting height above rail of quay crane and the parameter’s sensitivity.Combining theoretical analysis with actual data,the forward reach parameter,lifting weight and operating efficiency of quay crane were calculated,and the development trend of ship size was analyzed in depth.The results indicates that bicubic interpolation method is effective to measure sensitivity to parameter of lifting height above quay crane rail.The quay crane,whose main hoisting double spreader and single spreader with lifting capacity of 70 t,and forward reach parameter of 70 m,can meet the loading and unloading requirements of 24000 TEU container ships.The theoretical efficiency of quay crane with double trolley is 6.4%higher than that with single trolley.The research results can provide reference for quay canes selection and design.
