摘　　要：妊娠妇女出现发热时,合理选用解热镇痛药物是一个很重要的临床问题。本文梳理了各类解热镇痛药物的胚胎毒理学和临床药理学信息。对乙酰氨基酚是孕期相对最安全的解热镇痛药物,其他非甾体抗炎药在妊娠晚期基本禁用;孕早期和孕中期可以酌情使用布洛芬和塞来昔布;孕中晚期可以考虑使用一些复方制剂。When pregnant women have fever,how to choose antipyretic and analgesic drugs becomes a great demand for medication.In this paper,the embryological toxicology and clinical pharmacology information of various antipyretic and analgesic drugs are sorted out.Acetaminophen is the safest antipyretic and analgesic drug in pregnancy,and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are basically banned in the third trimester of pregnancy.Ibuprofen and celecoxib can be used as ap?propriate in the first and second trimesters.In the middle and later stages of pregnancy,some compound preparations may be used as appropriate.
