摘 要:为实现鄂尔多斯盆地延长油田陆相页岩气安全优快钻井,针对现有有土甲酸钾水基钻井液体系难以保障复杂地层安全钻井、加重成本高和高密度加重困难的难题,在前期广泛调研评价多种封堵剂和加重剂的基础上,优选乳化沥青FT-R、单封DF-A和随钻封堵剂SD-Ⅰ对体系封堵性能进行了优化,优选重晶石粉和钛铁矿粉对体系加重成本进行了优化。认识如下:1)陆相页岩气常规地层钻井液低成本加重方式为现有有土甲酸钾水基钻井液体系+重晶石粉(密度为1.18~1.30 g/cm^(3))/钛铁矿粉(密度为1.18~1.35 g/cm^(3));2)陆相页岩气复杂地层钻井液体系为现有有土甲酸钾水基钻井液体系+2.0%乳化沥青FT-R+2.0%单封DF-A+1.0%随钻封堵剂SD-Ⅰ+重晶石粉/钛铁矿粉(密度为1.18~1.40 g/cm^(3));3)该体系流变性、滤失造壁性、润滑性、抑制性和抗污染性良好,有效保障了YYP-9井三开陆相泥页岩复杂地层安全钻井。该研究成果对鄂尔多斯盆地陆相、海陆过渡相页岩气钻井具有一定的借鉴价值。The existing soil potassium formate water-based drilling fluid system is difficult to guarantee the safe drilling of complex shale gas formation in Yanchang Oilfield,Ordos Basin,and the aggravation cost of the system is high,and the aggravation of high-density system is difficult.In order to ensure safe and fast drilling,on the basis of extensive investigation and evaluation of various plugging agents and weighting agents in the early stage,emulsified asphalt FT-R,single-seal DF-A and SD-I plugging agent while drilling were selected to optimize the plugging performance of the system,and barite powder and titanium-iron ore powder were optimized to optimize the density improvement cost of the system.The understanding is as follows:1)The low cost weight method of drilling fluid suitable for continental shale gas conventional formation is the existing soil potassium formate water-based drilling fluid system+barite powder(density is 1.18 to 1.30 g/cm^(3))or ilmenite powder(density is 1.18 to 1.35 g/cm^(3));2)The drilling fluid system formula suitable for the complex formation of continental shale gas is the existing soil potassium formate water-based drilling fluid system+2.0% emulsified asphalt FT-R+2.0% DF-A+1.0% SD-I plugging agent while drilling+barite powder/titanium iron ore powder(density is 1.18 to 1.40 g/cm^(3));3)The drilling fluid system has good rheological properties,filtration wall building performance,lubrication performance,inhibition performance and anti-pollution performance,which effectively guarantees the safe drilling of the complex formation of continental shale in well YYP-9.The research results can be used for reference for continental shale gas and marine shale gas in Ordos Basin.
