摘　　要：为把《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》有关要求落到实处,立足于可持续发展的视角,调研了解江西省药品经营环节废弃药品处置现状,开展针对性的研究和分析,探索废弃药品依法依规处置方式方法,破解企业难题,优化营商环境,切实保护江西省绿水青山,助推药品行业健康发展。In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes,this paper based on the perspective of sustainable development,learned about the status quo of the disposal of waste drugs in the pharmaceutical business process in Jiangxi Province through research,carried out targeted research and analysis,explored ways and means to solve the legal and regulatory disposal of waste drugs,solved enterprise problems,and optimized the business environment.Effectively protect the green water and green mountains in Jiangxi Province,promote the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry.
