摘  要:端面包覆是影响固体推进剂药柱性能的关键工艺,使用药柱端面自动包覆技术可实现批量化自动生产,提高生产安全度。介绍了一种典型的弹射药柱端面自动包覆系统的组成和工作流程,着重介绍了该系统的关键技术。通过进行四轴点胶平台和视觉定位识别模块的设计,确保点胶重复定位精度、识别视觉精度和识别可靠性,可以大幅提高系统的稳定性。对于不同药柱产品及涂覆胶液类型,配置合适的点胶阀和点胶头,可保证药柱端面包覆质量。The surface coating was the key process that affecting the performance of solid propellant grain, which could realize automatic mass production and improve production degree of safety by using the automatic coating technology. It was introduced that the composition and working process of a typical automatic coating system for the surface coating of catapult grain, in addition, the key technologies of the system were emphatically introduced. Through the design of four axis dispensing platform and vision orientation module, it could ensure repeated positioning accuracy of dispensing, accuracy and reliability of visual recognition, furthermore, it could improve the stability of the system substantially. For different grains and coating glues, it could ensure the surface coating quality of the grain with the help of proper dispensing valve and dispensing needle.
