摘 要:研究火炮身管寿命评估方法,对指导部队管理火炮、降低使用风险具有重大意义。针对火炮身管寿命,总结了现有身管寿命的评估方法,包括膛线磨损量法、药室增长量法、累计射弹发数法、初速下降量法等。通过分析我国现行关于身管寿命评估方法的国家军用标准、行业标准,对比标准的适用范围、技术内容,以及要求检测的关键指标,如初速下降量、立靶密集度、弹丸飞行稳定性、内膛径向磨损等。同时,在我国未来火炮身管寿命研究及标准化工作方面,提出应配合身管延寿技术同步开展寿命评估指标体系,加强寿命定量评估标准研制,建立完善寿命标准体系的建议。It was great significant to study the life evaluation method of artillery barrels for guiding troops to manage artillery and reduce the risk. Aimed at the existing evaluation method of barrels, it was concluded that the main evaluation methods of barrel life including rifling wear quantity method, chamber increasing quantity method, cumulative projectile number method, muzzle velocity decreasing quantity method, etc. By analyzing the current national military and industrial standards of the methods of barrel life evaluation, it was compared in the scope of application, technical contents and the key index required to be tested, including muzzle velocity decrease, vertical target density, projectile flight stability, radial wear of the inner chamber. At the same time, in the future research and standardization work of artillery barrel life of our country, it was proposed to carry out the index system of life evaluation synchronously with the technology of barrel life extension, strengthen the development of quantitative life evaluation standard, and establish and complete the life standard system.
