摘 要:武器装备的跨越式发展为标准化工作提出了新的挑战和机遇,以国外先进国家装备与标准化发展经验为借鉴,分析梳理国外在装备建设中的标准化工作经验,提出对国内军队装备建设的启示,研究在装备成体系、成建制建设中标准化政策,提出标准与装备的同步发展政策保障机制,研究在装备研发体系中标准化价值体现、人才培养、条件保障、经费保障方面的政策建议。The leapfrog development of weapons and equipment has presented new challenges and opportunities for standardization work, by taking the experience of advanced foreign countries in equipment and standardization development as a reference, we analyzed and sorted out foreign experience in standardization work in equipment construction, and proposed inspiration for our military equipment construction. studied standardization policy in equipment system and establishment construction, proposed synchronous development policy guarantee mechanism of standards and equipment, and studied the standardization value in the system, talent training, conditions, and funding policy recommendations of equipment research and development.
