摘  要:针对钢包蓄热式烘烤器使用中由于蓄热体经常损坏、换向系统维修量大等原因导致功能失效的问题,设计了新型纯氧钢包烘烤器,该烘烤器的纯氧助燃烘烤烧嘴既可低温缓步升温,又可实现高温快速烘烤。新型纯氧钢包烘烤器运行稳定可靠,能够提高烘烤效率,设备节能率达到40%以上,并可大幅度降低NOx及碳排放量。With regard to the problem of the functional failure ocurred in the heat-stora ge roaster for a steel ladle caused by such factors as frequent damaging of the heat accumulator and too much maintenance for the commutator system,the new type of roaster for steel ladle in pure oxygen was designed,whose pure oxygen combustion-supporting roasting burner could achieve the slow rising in temperature starting from low temperature domain and fast roasting in high temperature.So the new-developed roaster was in operation reliably and smoothly,which could improve the roasting efficiency,and thus the energy saving rate for the equipment was more than 40%,while NOxemissions and carbon emissions also reduced greatly.
