摘　　要：分析了干熄焦罐球墨铸铁内衬易脱落、热损失大,造成干熄焦系统稳定系差、存在安全环保隐患等问题的原因,开展了新型浇注料内衬干熄焦罐应用实践。通过采用熄焦车防碰撞技术,采取红焦焦车避雨等措施,焦罐内衬使用寿命大幅度延长,实现了干熄焦罐日常零维护,节约成本约30万元/a,运行率大幅提升,促进了干熄焦系统的稳定运行。The causes leading to these troubles such as being apt to be shed of an inside lining made of spheroidal graphite cast iron for building a Coke Dry Quenching(CDQ)tank,heavy thermal losses which led to poor stability of the CDQ system and possible potential safety hazard and side impact on environmental protection were analyzed.And then the application practice of the CDQ tank building with new type inside linings made of castable materials was carried out.By adopting anti-collision technology for a coke quenching car and taking measures such as using a coke car for transporting hot coke for taking shelter from the rain,the service life of the lining was greatly prolonged,the daily zero maintenance for the coke quenching tank was achieved,and thus the cost was saved by about 300,000 RMB yuan per year,the operation rate was greatly improved,while the stable operation of the coke quenching system was promoted.
