摘  要:研究了降低130t转炉铁耗的生产工艺,通过采取提高铁水罐周转次数、铁水罐加烘烤废钢、缩短转炉冶炼周期、降低出钢温度和提高精炼加入废钢比例等措施,实现了铁耗≤750 kg/t的目标。The steel-making technology for reducing iron loss for the 130t converter was studied.Then these measures such as increasing the number of times for hot metal ladle turnover,adding burning-off scrap into hot metal ladle,shortening tap-to-tap steel-making cycle by converter,reducing the tapping temperature and increasing the proportion of adding scrap during refining process were taken.After that,the target for reducing iron loss with less than 750 kg/t was achieved.
