改进型铅衣负载装置在骨科介入术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析医护人员在对骨折肿瘤患者进行介入治疗时,使用铅衣负载辅助装置的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年5月于医院就诊的160例骨折肿瘤患者进行研究,随机分为对照组(使用传统型铅衣负载装置)和试验组(使用改进型铅衣负载装置)。两组均同时调查铅衣射线屏蔽效果、操作效果、医护满意程度,比较两组各指标差异。结果试验组屏蔽效率(98.10±0.80)%和射线曝光剂量(1.26±0.35)mSv均优于对照组(90.18±1.70)%、(2.38±0.29)mSv,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);操作效果评分比较,试验组影响手术操作(1.23±0.33)分、术中体力消耗(1.24±0.30)分低于对照组(2.56±0.35)分、(2.32±0.31)分,试验组负载舒适性(2.38±0.29)分、移动稳定性(2.35±0.33)分高于对照组(1.26±0.35)分、(1.25±0.29)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医师和护士对装置的满意度(96.25%、95.00%)均高于对照组(83.75%、85.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于使用传统型铅衣负载装置,医护人员在介入术中使用改进型铅衣负载装置的操作效率和满意度更高,射线屏蔽效果更好。Objective The effect of lead coat loading auxiliary device used by medical staff in interventional treatment of patients with fracture and tumor was analyzed.Methods 160 patients with fracture and tumor who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into control group(using traditional lead coating loading device)and test group(using improved lead coating loading device).At the same time,both groups investigated the shielding effect,operation effect and satisfaction degree of medical care,and compared the differences of each index between the two groups.Results The shielding efficiency of the test group(98.10±0.80)%and the radiation exposure dose(1.26±0.35)mSv were significantly higher than those of the control group(90.18±1.70)%and(2.38±0.29)mSv,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the scores of operation effect,the scores of(1.23±0.33)and(1.24±0.30)in the test group that affect the operation were lower than those of(2.56±0.35)and(2.32±0.31)in the control group,and the scores of(2.38±0.29)and(2.35±0.33)in the test group that affect the operation were higher than those of(1.26±0.35)and(1.25±0.29)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of doctors and nurses in the test group with the device(96.25%,95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(83.75%,85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional lead coat loading device,the improved lead coat loading device used by medical staff during surgery has higher operating efficiency and satisfaction,and better radiation shielding effect.
