摘　　要：英国洛桑试验站是世界上最古老的农业长期定位试验站,拥有丰富的样品档案资源和独特的管理经验,研究其样品档案管理对我国相关管理工作具有借鉴和参考价值。本研究对英国洛桑试验站样品档案管理情况进行调查,介绍了其样品档案的物理管理和逻辑管理,总结出英国洛桑试验站样品管理对象的特殊性、手段的先进性和资源的开放性特点。最后,结合我国样品档案的研究和管理现状,从理论研究、管理机制、管理方法和管理手段等方面对我国的样品档案管理提出了可行性建议。As the oldest long-term positioning agricultural experimental station in the world,Rothamsted Research has rich sample archives resources and unique management experience,and its sample archives management has great reference value for China’s relevant management work.This study first investigates the management of sample archives at Rothamsted Research,and introduces the physical management and logical management of its sample archives.Secondly,this study summarizes the characteristics of sample management at Rothamsted Research,that is,the particularity of the sample management objects,the advancement of methods,and the openness of resources.Finally,combined with the current situation of the research and management of sample archives in China,this study puts forward feasible suggestions for the management of sample archives from four aspects,namely,theoretical research,management mechanism,management method and management means.
