摘　　要：本文首先分析了区块链技术的内涵和档案信息化建设的现状,接着介绍了区块链技术应用在高校学生档案管理中的必要性和可行性,最后论述了区块链在技术层面、制度层面和经验层面给高校学生档案管理工作带来的挑战,旨在为“区块链+档案”的相关理论和实践应用提供可参考的价值观点。The block chain technology connotation and the present situation of archives informatization construction is analyzed at first,and then the necessity and feasibility of applying block chain technology to the university student archives management is introduced.Finally,the challenges that block chain brings to the university student archives management at the technical level,institutional level and experience level are discussed.The purpose is to provide reference for the relevant theory and practical application of"block chain+archives".
