摘　　要：突发公共事件档案对社会历史发展具有重大意义,对其管理策略进行探索与研究是提高突发公共事件档案利用率、发挥突发公共事件档案参考借鉴价值的重要手段。了解突发公共事件档案的内容、特征与分类,剖析突发公共事件档案的信息链三级管理机制及其各级部门的联动工作,呼吁社会公众参与突发公共事件档案的收集与整理,利用突发公共事件档案资源构建利用平台,创新呈现方式,以期突发公共事件档案能够在社会发展的进程中起到更大作用。The archives of public emergencies are of unique significance to the development of society and history,and the exploration and research of their management strategies is an important means to improve the utilization rate of public emergencies archives,and give play to the reference value of public emergency archives.The paper understands the content,characteristics and classification of public emergency archives,analyzes the three-level management mechanism of the information chain of public emergency archives and the linkage work of all levels of departments,calls on the public to participate in the collection and sorting of public emergency archives,and uses public emergency archives to construct and utilize platform and innovate presentation methods,so that public emergency archives can play a greater role in the process of social development.
