摘　　要：地方高校要发挥内外协同优势,充分利用原始红色档案资源,加大红色资源研究、红色作品创作等二次资源开发,提升红色资源系统性、体验性、时代性,以适应大学生教育与成长规律,提升红色档案资源铸魂育人实效,打造红色档案育人品牌。Local universities should give play to their internal and external collaborative advantages,make full use of the original red archives resources,increase the secondary development of resources such as red resources research and red works creation,improve the systematicness,experience and timeliness of red resources,so as to adapt to the law of students’education and growth,improve the effectiveness of red archives resources in soul cultivation,and create a brand of red archives education.
