摘　　要：智库在社会发展、国际事务中发挥越来越重要的作用,体现着国家发展的综合能力。在我国新型智库建设过程中,高校智库是其不可或缺的中坚力量。文章分析了辽宁省高校图书馆智库的联盟优势、学科服务优势以及专业情报分析人才等方面的优势,明确了在辽宁省智库建设中,辽宁省高校图书馆在信息资源库资源、专业智库研究团队、图书情报人才培养基地、智库的宣传与推广、高校之间的深度交流与合作等方面的功能定位。Think tank plays an increasingly important role in social development and international affairs,which reflects the comprehensive ability of national development.In the process of constructing the new think tank in China,the university think tank is the indispensable backbone of it.This paper analyzes the advantages of alliance,disciplinary service and professional personnel of the intelligence analysis in the university library think tank of Liaoning province,and clarifies the functional orientation of Liaoning university libraries in the construction of think tank from the aspects of information resources,professional think tank research team,training base of library intelligence talents,publicity and promotion of think tank,in-depth communication and cooperation between universities and so on.
