摘　　要：古籍作为中华民族传统文化的重要载体,是不可多得、不能再生的重要历史文献,详细记录了中华民族灿烂的发展历程。作为一个地区的重要文化服务机构,做好古籍管理工作和科学利用工作是公共图书馆的历史使命。当前随着科学技术不断向前推进和发展,数字化时代逐渐到来,公共图书馆逐渐向着数字化方向转变。加快构建数字化图书馆,依托现代科学技术,能够实现对古籍的针对性管理,切实提高古籍的利用效率。本文主要结合实际工作经验,首先探讨了莆田市图书馆古籍保存现状,提出了公共图书馆古籍数字化管理面临的几点问题,相应的管理措施,希望通过研究对广大同行有所帮助。Ancient books,as an important carrier of the traditional Chinese culture,are important historical documents that are rare and non-renewable.They record in detail the brilliant development process of the Chinese nation.As an important cultural service organization in a region,it is public library’s historical mission to manage ancient books well and make scientific use of them.At present,with the continuous advancement and development of science and technology,the digital era has come,and public libraries are gradually changing towards digitization.Speeding up the construction of digital libraries and relying on modern science and technology can realize the targeted management of ancient books and effectively improve the utilization efficiency of ancient books.In combination with the practical work experience,this paper first discusses the preservation status of ancient books in Putian City Library,and then further explores several problems faced by the digital management of ancient books in public libraries,and puts forward corresponding management measures,hoping to be helpful to peers through the research.
