摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)不同于风湿性关节炎,是一种以对称性、侵袭性多关节炎为主要临床表现的慢性、全身性、进行性自身免疫性疾病。RA发病率高,可发病于任何年龄,好发于中年女性,严重影响患者的运动功能,致残率高。病因复杂,发病机制尚未完全明确,不存在彻底根除疾病的治疗方案。西医治疗RA起效快,有效缓解病痛,但存在明显药物不良反应。RA中医归属于痹症范畴,中医治痹表现出多成分、多靶点、多通路调控的优势,安全性高且疗效显著,但在规范客观诊疗方面存在不足。中西医均具有治疗优势,联合用药可实现优势互补。本文综述治疗RA西医、中医及联合用药的研究进展,为临床应用提供参考依据。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is different from rheumarthritis,which is a chronic,systemic and progressive autoimmune disease with symmetric and invasive multiple arthritis as the main clinical manifestations.The incidence of RA is high,and it can occur at any age,especially in middle-aged women,which seriously affects the motor function of patients and has a high disability rate.The etiology is complex,the pathogenesis is not completely clear and there is no treatment plan to completely eradicate the disease.Western medicine treatment of RA has a fast onset and can effectively relieve pain,but there are obvious adverse drug reactions.RA belongs to the category of arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment of arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine shows the advantages of multi-component,multi-target,and multi-channel regulation,with high safety and remarkable curative effect.However,there are deficiencies in standardizing objective diagnosis and treatment.Both traditional Chinese and western medicine have therapeutic advantages,and combined medication can complement each other.This article reviews the research progress of western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and combined medicine in the treatment of RA,and provides a reference for clinical application.
