自制负压引流管在二线减张鼻中隔矫正术后的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制负压引流管在二线减张鼻中隔矫正术后的临床应用效果。方法选取江西省中西医结合医院耳鼻咽喉科住院部2019年9月至2022年3月收治的60例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。观察组术后采用自制的负压引流管置入术腔行负压引流,不进行鼻腔填塞,对照组术后采用医用复合聚乙烯醇海绵填塞,比较两组的舒适度总满意率和疗效。结果观察组的舒适度总满意率为96.7%,高于对照组的73.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后的鼻腔黏膜水肿程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后3个月的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统鼻腔填塞物填塞相比,鼻中隔偏曲患者术后采用改良自制的负压引流管置入术腔行负压引流可明显提高患者的术后舒适度,减少术后填塞对鼻黏膜的损伤,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of self-made negative pressure drainage tube after two-line method of decompression in nasal septum correction surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with deviated nasal septum admitted to the Inpatient Department of Ear-Nose-Throat Department of Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Jiangxi Province from September 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the random number table methods.In the observation group,the self-made negative pressure drainage tube was put into the operation cavity for negative pressure drainage without nasal packing,while in the control group,the medical composite polyvinyl alcohol sponge was used for packing.The total satisfaction rate of comfort and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of comfort in the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.4%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of nasal mucosa edema in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups at 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional nasal packing,the self-made negative pressure drainage tube placed in the surgical cavity for negative pressure drainage after the operation of patients with deviated nasal septum can significantly improve the postoperative comfort of patients,reduce the damage to nasal mucosa caused by the packing after the operation,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
