摘　　要：血瘀证是慢性肾脏病最常见的证候,瘀血贯穿疾病的始终,对疾病的发生发展和预后起着至关重要的作用,活血化瘀法是临床常用的治法。文章基于“去宛陈莝”理论,以瘀血为切入点,探析在慢性肾脏病的治疗中活血药物的分层次应用情况,以期为慢性肾脏病的临床治疗提供参考。Blood stasis syndrome is the most common symptom of chronic kidney disease.Blood stasis runs through the disease and plays a vital role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of the disease.Activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is a common clinical treatment.The article is based on the“dissipating old hydro-stagnation”theory,taking the blood stasis as the breakthrough point,talking about the treatment of chronic kidney disease,the use of blood activating drugs in different levels,has important clinical significance,in order to provide certain reference in the clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease.
