基于异病类证类治浅谈阳气虚证男科病

摘　　要：运用以证统病的中医思维模式,在异病同证同治的原则上,论述阳气虚证男科疾病的类证类治方法。依据男科疾病中阳气虚证的共性而采用温补阳气的共同治法,同时结合该类疾病的病位、病势、主症、兼症、病因等不同而运用具有针对性的治法方药进行治疗。通过分析阳气虚证的类证类治思路,便于应对男科疾病复杂的临床表现,以达到便捷、准确诊疗的目的。Based on the syndrome-disease integrated mode of the Traditional Chinese Medicine thinking,according to the principle of carrying out the same treatment of different diseases with the same syndrome,syndrome differentiation and treatment of the same kind of male diseases with Yang-Qi deficiency syndrome was proposed.According to the commonality of Yang-Qi deficiency syndrome,the treatment method of warming Yang-Qi was adopted,and different prescriptions and drugs were used according to the differences of the location,disease tendency,main symptom,accompanied syndrome and the nature of the diseases with Yang-Qi deficiency syndrome.By analyzed the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the same kind of Yang-Qi deficiency syndrome,it is convenient to deal with the complex clinical manifestations of male diseases,so as to achieve the purpose of convenient and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
