一捻金穴位贴敷治疗阿片类镇痛药物所致便秘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨一捻金穴位贴敷治疗阿片类镇痛药物所致便秘的临床效果。方法选用2019年3月至2021年3月许昌中医院接收的52例因服用阿片类镇痛药物导致便秘的患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各26例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受一捻金穴位贴敷治疗,7 d为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗前、治疗2个疗程结束时便秘主症评分变化情况,对比两组首次排便时间及每周完全自发排便次数(SCBM),并对治疗过程中发生的用药不良反应进行记录。结果治疗前,两组便秘主症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个疗程,两组便秘主症状评分与治疗前相比均降低,且研究组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程,研究组首次排便时间比对照组短,SCBM比对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一捻金穴位贴敷治疗阿片类镇痛药物所致便秘的整体治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,缩短首次排便时间,增加自发排便次数。Objective To explore clinical effect of Yinianjin acupoint application on constipation caused by opioid analgesics.Methods A total of 52 patients with constipation caused by opioid analgesics received by Xuchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided by a random number table method into two groups with 26 cases in each group.Control group received routine treatment,while study group received Yinianjin acupoint application based on control group.Seven days was a course of treatment.Both groups were treated for two consecutive courses.Changes of main symptom score of constipation before treatment and at the end of two courses of treatment were compared in both groups.The time of first defecation and the number of spontaneous complete bowel movements(SCBM)per week were compared in both groups,and the adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment were recorded.Results Before treatment,compared the scores of main symptoms of constipation of both group,there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the main symptom scores of constipation in both groups were decreased after two courses of treatment,and compared with the control group,the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,compared with the control group,the first defecation time in the study group was shorter,and SCBM per week was more,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group,there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinianjin acupoint application is effective in treating constipation caused by opioid analgesics.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the first defecation time and increase the times of spontaneous defecation.
