门诊导诊护士在常态化疫情防控中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨门诊导诊护士在常态化疫情防控中的作用。方法选取漯河市中心医院2020年1—12月门诊患者75例纳入对照组,接受常规导诊服务,另选2021年1—12月门诊患者75例纳入观察组,接受常态化疫情防控下的优质导诊服务。比较两组正确分诊率、患者医院停留时间、患者满意度、医患纠纷、意外事件发生率、导诊护士工作质量。结果观察组正确分诊率[97.33%(73/75)]高于对照组[72.67%(62/75)],患者医院停留时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率[96.00%(72/75)]高于对照组[84.00%(63/75)](P<0.05);观察组医患纠纷发生率[1.33%(1/75)]、意外事件发生率[2.67%(2/75)]低于对照组[10.67%(8/75)、13.33%(10/75)](P<0.05);观察组突发情况处理能力、服务态度、疫情防护措施执行情况、导诊工作效率评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常态化疫情防控中,门诊导诊护士的优质导诊服务能提升正确分诊率及患者满意度,降低医患纠纷和意外事件发生率,提高导诊人护士的工作质量,缩短患者医院停留时间,对预防交叉感染有积极意义。Objective To explore the role of outpatient guide nurses in normalized epidemic prevention and control.Methods A total of 75 outpatients in Luohe Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and included in the control group for routine guidance services,and 75 outpatients from January to December 2021 were selected and included in the observation group for normalized epidemic situation high-quality guidance services under prevention and control.The rate of correct triage,hospital stay time,patient satisfaction,doctor-patient disputes,accident rate and work quality of guiding nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The correct triage rate of the observation group[97.33%(73/75)]was higher than that of the control group[72.67%(62/75)],and the hospital stay time of the patients was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate of the observation group[96.00%(72/75)]was higher than that of the control group[84.00%(63/75)](P<0.05).The incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the observation group was 1.33%(1/75),and the incidence of accidental events was 2.67%(2/75),which was lower than that in the control group[10.67%(8/75)and 13.33%(10/75)](P<0.05).The scores of emergency handling ability,service attitude,implementation of epidemic prevention measures and efficiency of consultation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the normalized epidemic prevention and control,the high-quality guidance service of outpatient guidance nurses can improve the correct triage rate and patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes and accidents,and improve the work quality of the guidance nurses,shorten the hospital stay time of patients has positive significance for preventing cross-infection.
