摘 要:为了评价由常山、槟榔、地榆、黄芩、青蒿5味中药组成的复方制剂预防柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染鸡的效果,首先通过各试验组鸡的平均增重1观察中药的毒副作用,然后以平均增重、存活率、克盲肠内容物卵囊数(OPG值)、盲肠病变值、抗球虫指数等指标作为评价中药预防效果。结果显示:各用药组的平均增重1与不用药组差异不显著(P>0.05);中药高剂量组、中剂量组在盲肠病变记分、克盲肠内容物卵囊数均低于低剂量组,高于西药对照组,中药三个剂量组以中剂量组的克盲肠内容物卵囊数最低;中药高、中、低三个剂量组、西药对照组、攻虫非给药组、非攻虫非给药组抗球虫指数分别为183.01、183.83、167.93、185.23、84.46、200.00。以上结果表明:中药对鸡只无毒副作用,中药高、中剂量预防效果明显,与西药对照相接近,中药中剂量为最佳剂量。本研究应用中药预防柔嫩艾美耳球虫对鸡的感染,对解决西药防治鸡球虫病引起的耐药虫株的产生及大量抗球虫药的使用造成肉、蛋等动物食品药物残留问题具有一定的参考价值。The effi cacy of a Chinese herbal compound prescription against Eimeria tenella(E. tenella) was evaluated in chickens, which made of fi ve herbs Dichroae radix, Areca catechu, Sanguisorba offi cinalis, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Artemisia carvifolia. The side effects of the compound preparation were observed by the average weight gain 1 of each experimental group. Then the following indexes were examined including average body weight gain, survival rate, oocyst number of per gram of cecum content, lesion score and anti-coccidial index(ACI) of all groups to evaluate its preventive effect on E. tenella infection. The results showed that average weight gain 1 was no signifi cant difference between the experimental groups and the control groups(P>0.05). The caecal lesion scores and oocyst numbers of per gram of cecum content in high dose group and middle dose group were lower than those in low dose group but higher than those in western medicine group. The middle dosage group showed the lowest oocyst number of per gram of cecum content among the three dosage groups of traditional Chinese medicine. The ACIs were 183.01, 183.83, 167.93, 185.23, 84.46, 200.00 for high, middle and low dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine, western control group, positive control group and blank control group, respectively.The results indicated that the Chinese medicine compound had no side effects for chickens and high/middle doses showed protection against coccidia infection, which was comparative to that of western medicine. Particularly, the middle dose produced the best results. In conclusion, the traditional Chinese medicine could be used to prevent E. tenella infection in chickens, which might be a good reference to prevent coccidia infection resistant to western medicine and drug residues in chicken meat and eggs due to the use of a large number of anticoccidial drugs.
