郑州地区仔猪源产色葡萄球菌分离鉴定及生物学特性研究

摘　　要：为了鉴定郑州地区不同养殖场仔猪源产色葡萄球菌生物学特性,本试验从郑州地区不同的养殖场采集患病仔猪心脏、肝脏、肾脏及关节渗出物等病料组织163份,采用细菌分离培养、形态学观察、生化试验及PCR等方法对产色葡萄球菌进行鉴定,采用人工感染试验、PCR方法及K-B药敏纸片法分别检测产色葡萄球菌的致病性、肠毒素基因及耐药性。结果显示,分离得到86株产色葡萄球菌,分离率为分离率为52.8%,以中牟县地区分离菌株最多;86株致病性产色葡萄球菌携带6种肠毒素基因sea、seb、sec、seg、sei、she,其检出率为62.8%~26.7%;62株致病性产色葡萄球菌对新霉素、红霉素、链霉素等9种药物的耐药率在50%~100%,62株对小白鼠具有致死性,其死亡率为40%~100%;对药物耐药率为9.7%~33.9%,不同地区耐药性具有差异性,以耐10(16.1%)、9(17.7%)、8(21.0%)种药物的分离菌株为主。表明从郑州地区不同的养殖场分离到62株致病性产色葡萄球菌携带6种肠毒素基因,耐药性严重且呈现多重耐药性。本试验为仔猪源产色葡萄球菌防控提供理论依据。In order to identify the biological characteristics of Staphylococcus chromogenes from piglets, 163 tissues such as hearts,livers, kidneys and joint exudates of diseased piglets were collected from different farms in Zhengzhou. S. chromogenes strains were identifi ed by bacterial isolation and culture, morphological observation, biochemical test and PCR. The pathogenicity, enterotoxin gene and drug resistance of the S. chromogenes isolates were detected by artifi cial infection, PCR and K-B drug sensitive paper method. As a result, 86(52.8%) strains of S. chromogenes were isolated from these tissues. These S. chromogenes carried six enterotoxin genes(sea,SEB, SEC, SEG, SEI and she) with the detection rates of 62.8%-26.7%. The drug resistance testing showed that 50%-100% of 62 strains were resistant to 9 drugs such as neomycin, erythromycin and streptomycin. These strains were also lethal to mice with a mortality rate of 40%-100%. This experiment provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of S. chromogenes from piglets.
