牛学恩教授运用中医腹诊验案举隅

摘　　要：中医腹诊属于中医四诊之一,以切诊胸腹部为主,通过诊察病情得出腹证,以指导临床遣方用药。中医腹诊历史悠久、博大精深,近现代关于腹诊的理论与实践研究日渐丰富,临床可应用于内、外、妇、儿科等各科疾病,且腹诊具有操作简便、客观直接、实用性强的特点。牛学恩教授临床经验丰富,擅长运用经方,并基于中医辨证论治体系将腹诊与经方相结合,临床效果显著。文章通过对牛学恩教授临床常见腹证医案进行研究分析,以体现腹诊的重要性、客观性、可操作性及实用性,从而为提高临床诊疗疾病的效果提供新思路。Abdominal diagnosis is one of the four diagnostic methods in TCM.It focuses on palpating the chest and abdomen.By examining the condition of the patient,abdominal syndrome can be distinguished to better guide the medication in clinical practice.TCM abdominal diagnosis has a long history,and is extensive and profound.Modern and contemporary research on the theory and practice of abdominal diagnosis has become increasingly rich.It can be applied to treat internal disease,external diseases,gynecological diseases,paediatric diseases and so on,and has the characteristics of simple operation,objectivity and directness,and strong practicability.Professor NIU Xue’en has extensive clinical experience and is good at using classical prescriptions.Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system,he combines abdominal diagnosis with classical prescriptions,and the clinical effect is remarkable.In this paper,the common clinical cases of abdominal syndrome of Professor NIU Xue’en is analyzed to reflect the significance,objectivity,operability and practicability of abdominal diagnosis,thereby providing new ideas for improving the effect of clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
