摘　　要：单剂量饮片调配作为一种新型的中药调配手段,很大程度上解决了传统中药饮片调配模式的弊端,提高了工作效率。为了确保调配的药品安全、有效,除了参照《处方管理办法》的“四查十对”外,还应坚持“三对三查”,防止漏配与错配、装量不准、质量不合格等现象发生。另外,严格核对也是防止出现差错的重要保障。发药交代中一定要交代清楚内服、外用、煎服等方法。文章结合传统中药饮片调配实践,对单剂量饮片调配的优势及存在的问题进行探讨,以期规范单剂量饮片处方调配操作流程与注意事项,减少调配差错,促进单剂量饮片调配的规范操作。Objective:As a new way of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing,the single-dose dispensing of decoction pieces largely solves the disadvantages of TCM decoction piece dispensing mode and improves the work efficiency.In addition to referring to the“four checks and ten verifications”in the“Prescription Management Measures”,the“three verifications and three checks”should be adhered to prevent the occurrence of missing and mismatching,inaccurate loading,unqualified quality and other phenomena,so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the dispensing drugs.In addition,strict verification is also an important guarantee to prevent errors.When dispensing medicine,it is necessary to explain to the patient clearly the methods of internal,external and decocting administration.In this paper,the advantages and existing problems of single-dose decoction piece dispensing were discussed in combination with the practice of TCM decoction piece dispensing,in order to standardize the operation process and precautions of single-dose decoction piece dispensing,reduce the dispensing errors,and promote the standardized operation of single-dose decoction piece dispensing.
