还少丹的临床应用研究概述

摘　　要：还少丹是中医传统补养类方剂,首见于《洪氏集验方》,原书中主要用于治疗失眠健忘、眩晕倦怠、遗精阳痿、未老先衰等由脾肾两虚导致的疾病。现代医家将还少丹广泛应用于治疗神经系统疾病、男性生殖系统疾病、妇科疾病及内分泌系统疾病等,均获得较为满意的效果。文章通过查阅文献并整理近年来各位医者发表的个人医案及临床观察类研究,总结还少丹及其现代制剂(还少胶囊)在现代临床应用中体现出的效果,以论述还少丹的临床应用进展并探究其方药配伍的意义,以期为其临床运用提供一定的参考依据。Huanshao Dan(还少丹)is a traditional nourishing formula in TCM.It was first seen in Hong’s Jiyan Fang(《洪氏集验方》).In the book,Huanshao Dan is mainly used to treat a series of deficiency symptoms caused by deficiency of both spleen and kidney,such as insomnia,forgetfulness,dizziness and fatigue,nocturnal emission and impotence,premature aging,etc.Modern doctors have widely used Huanshao Dan in the treatment of neurological diseases,male reproductive system diseases,gynecological diseases,endocrine system diseases,etc.,and obtained satisfactory results.In this paper,the effects of Huanshao Dan and its modern preparation(the Huanshao capsules)in modern clinical application were summarized by reviewing the literature,and sorting out personal medical records and clinical observation studies of various doctors in recent years,in order to discuss the clinical application progress of Huanshao Dan and the significance of its prescription compatibility.It is expected to provide a certain reference for its clinical application.
