摘 要:并网运行是配电网建设与发展的主流趋势,但因分布式电源、电动汽车充放电设施等模块的接入,配电网能量平衡模式会被打破,因而需要通过智能电网构建,以配电网自身特征为基础,结合调度控制的特征,合理确定配电网智能调度目标,明确具体的调度对象,进而实现配电网的自动化与科学化调度。因此,文章以配电网高效性、安全性与稳定性运行为目标,提出了配电网、电源及负荷三方互动性、基于多个维度及阶段的递进式配电网智能调度模式,分析了配电网智能调度系统的功能,并在此基础上对智能调度系统运行所需应用的关键技术进行了探讨,以便为配电网智能调度的研究深化与深度应用指明方向。Grid connected operation is the mainstream trend of distribution network construction and development.However,due to the access of distributed power supply,electric vehicle charging and discharging facilities and other modules,the energy balance mode of distribution network will be broken.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably determine the intelligent dispatching objectives and specific dispatching objects of distribution network through the construction of smart grid,based on the characteristics of distribution network and combined with the characteristics of dispatching control,And then realize the automation and scientific dispatching of distribution network.Therefore,aiming at the efficient,safe and stable operation of distribution network,this paper puts forward a progressive distribution network intelligent dispatching mode based on the three-way interaction of distribution network,power supply and load,analyzes the functions of distribution network intelligent dispatching system,and discusses the key technologies required for the operation of intelligent dispatching system,In order to point out the direction for deepening the research and application of intelligent dispatching in distribution network.
