摘 要:文章针对西部超导材料科技股份有限公司电阻炉断路器越级跳闸故障原因分析及预防方法提出探讨。越级跳闸是一种配电系统中常见的故障,会导致停电范围扩大,对生产的影响很大。究其原因复杂多样,既有开关本身特性原因,也有开关选择配合及整定的原因。由于工厂供电系统有别于供电局供电系统,工厂内部开关整定值大多由内部技术人员自行设定,整定差距很大,它受到多种因素的影响,因此分析原因及对策,对降低越级跳闸次数,对提高配电线路供电可靠性有着重要意义。This paper discusses the cause analysis and prevention methods of the skip tripping fault of the resistance furnace circuit breaker in our company.Skip tripping is a common fault in power distribution system,which will lead to the expansion of power failure range and have a great impact on production.The reasons are complex and diverse,including the switch’s own characteristics and the switch’s selection,coordination and setting.As the power supply system of the factory is different from the power supply system of the power supply bureau,the setting value of the internal switch in the factory is mostly set by the internal technicians,and the setting difference is large.It is affected by many factors.Therefore,analyzing the causes and countermeasures is of great significance to reduce the number of skip trips and improve the power supply reliability of the distribution line.
