乡村振兴背景下陇南电商农产品“三品一标”发展状况研究

摘　　要：本文对陇南电商农产品“三品一标”的发展状况作了调研统计,认为陇南“三品一标”取得一定的成绩,但也存在很大问题,并从五个方面做分析研究,找出“三品一标”发展存在的短板,接着针对陇南“三品一标”发展的特点从政策支持、技术产品研发,人才培养、配套措施等方面建议,最后提出在乡村振兴背景下,陇南电商借助“三品一标”从产品品牌、产品溯源以及企业升级改造等方面发展的思路模式。The essay makes an investigation and statistics on the development of Longnan e-business agricultural products with "three products and one standard", and believes that Longnan "three products and one standard" has made some achievements, but there are also some great problems. It also makes an analysis and research on five aspects, finds out the shortcomings in the development of the "three products and one standard", and then makes suggestions from the aspects of policy support, technical product research and development, talents cultivating, supporting measures. etc. Finally, it puts forward the thinking mode of Longnan e-business from the aspects of product brand,product traceability and enterprise upgrading as well as the transformation with the help of "three products and one standard" under the background of rural revitalization.
