摘　　要：信息存储技术快速发展、档案全部保存观念强化等原因,促使档案保管走向“全时代”。在“全时代”背景下,档案鉴定工作是否有其存在的意义,引发学者思考。本文以档案管理活动的三个阶段理论为依据,分析档案鉴定工作在每个阶段内发挥的重要作用,以证明档案鉴定工作在“全时代”下仍有存在的必要性。The rapid development of information storage technology and the strengthening of the concept of archives preservation have prompted archives preservation to move towards the "All-times". Under the background of "All-times",whether the archives appraisal work possesses its existence significance, it causes the scholar to ponder. Based on the theory of three stages of archival management, this paper analyzes the important role played by the archives appraisal in each stage, and proves the necessity of archives appraisal in the "All-times".
