摘  要:针对电池在恒温箱实验条件和实际应用情况差异的问题,搭建了典型换热环境下的电池实验装置,测试电池充放电过程中老化数据,探究不同换热环境下的电池性能变化规律。结果表明:恒温箱方案下,在30℃以下时电池放电倍率越高放电容量越大,30℃以上时则反之;而液体浸没式方案下,电池始终为放电倍率越大放电容量越小。在不同充电倍率下,电池的充电电流均是低温环境先于高温环境,恒温箱方案先于液体浸没式方案;此外液体浸没式方案下电池的循环老化衰减速率整体高于恒温箱方案下的表达速率。两种不同换热环境下,电池性能测试结果可以为电池热管理系统的设计提供参考。Aiming at the difference between the experimental conditions and practical application of the battery in the environmental chamber, battery experimental devices under two typical heat exchange environments are built to test the charging, discharging data and aging data of batteries, and explore the change law of battery performance under different heat exchange environments. The results show that the higher the discharge rate is under 30 ℃ in the environmental chamber, the larger the discharge capacity is, and the opposite is true above 30 ℃, while the larger the discharge rate is, the smaller the discharge capacity is under the liquid immersion scheme;The charging current cut-off time of the battery under different charging rates is that the low-temperature environment precedes the high-temperature environment, and the environmental chamber scheme precedes the liquid immersion scheme.In addition, the cycle aging attenuation rate of the battery under the liquid immersion scheme is higher than that under the environmental chamber scheme. The battery performance test results under two different heat exchange environments can provide reference for the design of battery thermal management system.
