摘 要:塔机是建筑行业用于提高施工效率的重要起重机械,属于特种设备。鉴于当前建筑塔机安全监控系统尚未使用GNSS传感器或仅利用GNSS伪距观测量的低精度监控服务技术,难以满足建筑塔机精准监控的需求,提出一种利用GNSS载波相位观测量的高精度监控服务技术,给出基于GNSS的高精度监控模型与方法流程。基于Visual Studio 2010平台,利用C#编程语言,研发了一种基于GNSS的建筑塔机安全监控装置与云端系统(GNSS_TCMS)。实验结果表明:GNSS_TCMS安全监控平面精度小于2 cm、臂水平长度精度小于2 cm、高程精度小于4 cm。本文算法可为建筑塔机精准监控提供一种高精度实时智能算法,研制的系统可用作建筑塔机安全监控云端在线精细化管理平台。Tower crane is an important lifting machine to improve construction efficiency in construction industry,which belongs to special device.In view of the current tower crane safety monitoring system has not yet used Global navigation satellite system(GNSS)sensors or only uses the low-precision monitoring service technology of GNSS pseudo-range observation,it is difficult to meet the high-precision needs of accurate monitoring of tower crane.This paper proposes a high-precision safety monitoring service technology via GNSS carrier phase observation,and gives a GNSS-based high-precision monitoring model and data processing method flowchart.The GNSS-based safety monitoring device and could system for construction tower crane,named as GNSS_TCMS system,are designed and developed base on Visual Studio 2010 platform using C#program language.The experimental results show that the accuracy of safety monitoring of GNSS_TCMS system is less 2 cm than original method in the horizontal direction,2 cm in the arm horizontal length direction,and 4 cm in the vertical direction,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.The high-precision real-time intelligent algorithm can be provided an accurate monitoring for construction tower crane,and the developed system can be provided for cloud online refined management platform of safety monitoring for construction tower crane.
