摘  要:薄壁零件加工是机械加工中的难点,零件刚度和耐冲击性能差,易发生加工变形,难以满足设计精度等要求。对薄壁套筒零件的装夹方案进行有限元分析,基于NX软件对轴向和径向两种不同装夹方案进行研究,得到薄壁套筒零件的优选装夹方案。通过有限元分析和实际加工,确认采用优选装夹方案,可以提高薄壁套筒零件的制程能力指数,降低生产成本。The processing of thin-walled part is a difficult point in machining,and the stiffness and impact resistance of part are poor,and it is easy to get deformation during processing,which is difficult to meet the requirements of design accuracy.The finite element analysis of the clamping scheme of thin-walled sleeve part was carried out,and two different clamping schemes in the axial and radial directions were studied based on NX software to obtain the optimal clamping scheme of thin-walled sleeve part.Through finite element analysis and actual machining,it is confirmed that the optimal clamping scheme can improve the process capability index of thin-walled sleeve part and reduce production cost.
