摘 要:在航空气压、液压、燃油系统中,O形橡胶密封圈被广泛使用,并且属于易损件,需求量大。45°分模面O形橡胶密封圈模具的精度直接决定了45°分模面O形橡胶密封圈的质量,使用普通车床制造45°分模面O形橡胶密封圈模具的传统方法不能满足现实需求。为实现45°分模面O形橡胶密封圈模具的批量制造,保证模具精度,针对制造的复杂性和不准确性,提出使用数控车床进行加工,并采用合理的误差控制方式。介绍了45°分模面O形橡胶密封圈模具数控车削加工具体过程,通过实践证明,这一方法操作方便,误差可控,具有实用价值。In pneumatic,hydraulic and fuel aviation systems,O-shaped rubber sealing ring is widely used,and it is wearing part with large demand.The precision of the O-shaped rubber sealing ring mold with 45°parting surface directly determines the quality of the O-shaped rubber sealing ring.The traditional method of using ordinary lathe to manufacture the O-shaped rubber sealing ring mold with 45°parting surface cannot meet the actual need.In order to realize the batch manufacturing of O-shaped rubber sealing ring mold with 45°parting surface and ensure the accuracy of the mold,in view of the complexity and inaccuracy of manufacturing,it was proposed to use CNC lathe for processing,and to adopt a reasonable error control method.The specific process of CNC turning of O-shaped rubber sealing ring mold with 45°parting surface was introduced.It is proved by practice that this method is convenient in operation with controllable error,and has practical value.
